Production operators have responsibility for assembling standard and precise electrical or mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies having a variety of parts and details. Operators shall be trained to operate equipment and workstations following standardized work instructions to ensure product is built to high quality standards. Operators are assigned to teams to work together to meet on-time delivery, safety, and production cycle time goals. High performing operators also contribute by continuous improvement of the quality of product and processes. Team Members are expected to work with the guidance of the line lead who can help them develop additional skills as may be needed for team development and expertise. Team Members are responsible and accountable to the team for success. Team Members may be asked to coach or train temporary assignees or fellow team members.
As a Process Engineer, you will design, develop, source and improve state of the art manufacturing processes for mechanical and electrical products. Working with cross functional teams you’ll create new processes, support them daily, and improve them to achieve performance objectives. Using your problem-solving expertise, you’ll actively help drive and improve Safety, Quality and more.
