Production operators have responsibility for assembling standard and precise electrical or mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies having a variety of parts and details. Operators shall be trained to operate equipment and workstations following standardized work instructions to ensure product is built to high quality standards. Operators are assigned to teams to work together to meet on-time delivery, safety, and production cycle time goals.  High performing operators also contribute by continuous improvement of the quality of product and processes.  Team Members are expected to work with the guidance of the line lead who can help them develop additional skills as may be needed for team development and expertise.  Team Members are responsible and accountable to the team for success.  Team Members may be asked to coach or train temporary assignees or fellow team members. 

We are seeking a results-driven, technical team member with strong problem-solving experience to help improve and develop our production processes. Responsibilities range from programming and maintenance of Fuji NXTIII Surface Mount Placement (SMT) equipment to other SMT related equipment like AOI, reflow, SPI, conveyance systems among other equipment. 

We are seeking Planner / Buyer that will be accountable for maintaining the integrity of MRP planning parameters and item master data for assigned materials (lead times, lot size, days of supply/safety stock and inventory targets).  

Apply theory and principles of electrical and mechanical engineering to modify, develop, and test machinery and equipment under direction of engineering staff. Supports manufacturing operations as required.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet quality standards required to achieve internal and customer product expectations while adhering to procedures, controls, and processes. Lead problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions as well as serve as a quality point of contact with customers. Additionally, this role has quality systems management responsibilities. This role may have direct reports.  

Working with Production, Engineering and Quality to determine root causes of problems while Analyzing, repairing, and managing PCB failure data. You will be actively participating in the implementation of corrective actions and applying lesson learned to new products while participating in the specification and acquisition of various test platforms .

Execute the consequent quality management activities to track any quality deviations.

Analysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non conformances.

Develop, maintain, improve Quality Management System, and database. 

Working closely with the Electrical Analysis Technician as the Solder/Repair Operator your responsibilities will include Repairing PCBs, collecting and managing PCB failure data, and Working with Production, Engineering and Quality to determine root causes of problems. 

 As a Design Team Lead Engineer at Soaris, you will be the key design interface in the product development process, in concert with a Project Manager and New Product Launch Manager. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians through the design process, ensuring the design performance meets the expected requirements and the deliverables are thoroughly detailed and vetted. The focus of this role will mainly be (but not limited to) the development of electronic control units.
