Overview:
Production operators have responsibility for assembling standard and precise electrical or mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies having a variety of parts and details. Operators shall be trained to operate equipment and workstations following standardized work instructions to ensure product is built to high quality standards. Operators are assigned to teams to work together to meet on-time delivery, safety, and production cycle time goals. High performing operators also contribute by continuous improvement of the quality of product and processes. Team Members are expected to work with the guidance of the line lead who can help them develop additional skills as may be needed for team development and expertise. Team Members are responsible and accountable to the team for success. Team Members may be asked to coach or train temporary assignees or fellow team members.

Note: These positions are Limited Term Employment Opportunities: candidates will be reviewed at end of contract period (11/25/22) for potential long-term-hire, if selected (meets hiring credentials) an additional $500 to $600 sign on bonus will be implemented, based on the shift they are hired on.
